Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Accounting or Business related courses
Proven working experience as Finance Manager or related experience
CPA an advantage but not required
Proven knowledge in bookkeeping and accounting principles, practices, standards, laws and regulations
Advanced computer skills on MS Office, accounting software and databases
With excellent interpersonal, communication and leadership skills
Independent, self-driven and resourceful
High attention to details and accuracy
Job Description
Manage and oversee the daily operations of the Finance Department
Monitor and analyze financial reports, statements and data
Establish and enforce proper accounting methods, policies and principles
Improve systems and procedures and initiate corrective actions
Assign projects and direct staff to ensure compliance and accuracy
Establish and maintain fiscal files and records to document transactions
Performs other related duties as necessary or assigned
