Key Responsibilities:
Support the initiatives of finance in ensuring that the following responsibilities are appropriately managed
Manage the integrity of the regulatory and management reporting systems to deliver accurate, complete, and reliable information to aid management in decision making
Support regulatory reporting in maturity, impairment, and industry analysis through reconciliation of balance sheet items
Exercise oversight on financial statement preparation and financial and management reporting process through ensuring compliance with regulatory reporting frameworks and financial reporting standards
To succeed in this Finance Manager role, you must keep abreast of developments in financial regulations and financial reporting standards through continuous professional learning and development and assess and implement relevant updates in the financial statement preparation and financial and management reporting process
Key Requirements:
CPA is a must
Competent balance sheet reconciliation and resolution skills and a good analytical knowledge of Nostros
Eight years of relevant experience in the financial services industry
Good technical and analytical knowledge on fixed asset capitalisation, fixed asset movements, impairment and disposal
Ability to anticipate and lead change; open to AGILE way of working
