Preparation of tax payments including schedules and attachments
Filling of various BIR returns and remittances through BIR Electronic Filing System
Preparation of the quarterly certificates of credible tax withheld at source, alphabetical list for expanded withholding taxes, and relief for Summary List of Sales and Purchases
Responsible for the preparation and updating of books of accounts posted daily accounting transactions to Sage and manual BIR books of Accounts, to be subsequently submitted to BIR
Weekly preparation of cash flows report, receivables and payable.
Ensure timely and accurate submission of all statutory reports and governments
Ensure that accounts payable are paid in a timely manner and accounts receivable are collected promptly.
Perform other accounting activities if needed
Candidate should possess a Bachelor/s Degree in Financial Management or Accounting
Must have five (5) years above of managerial experience handling Finance/Accounting Department
Possess good analytical and problem solving skills
Must have strong attention to detail and an investigative nature
