Basic Requirements:
- A Graduate of Finance / Accounting.
- Proffesional qualification such as CFA / CPA or similar will be considered a plus.
- Proven experience as a Financial Manager.
- Proficient user of finance software.
- Strong analytical thinking.
- Strong in Details and desire to probe further into data.
- Ability to stick into time constraints.
- Analyze costs, pricing, variable contributions, sales results and the company's actual performance compared to the business plans.
- Provide financial reports and interpret financial data.
- Oversee operations of the Finance Department, set goals and objectives, and design a framework to be met. Manage, guide and lead the Finance Department to ensure appropriate financial process are being used.
