Job description
1. Monitor the day-to-day financial operations within the company (payroll, invoicing, and other transactions)
2. Prepare monthly and quarterly management reporting
3. Manage the company's financial accounting, monitoring, and reporting systems
4. Ensure compliance with accounting policies and regulatory requirements
5. Responsible for overall tax planning and management, assessing company tax risks, completing tax returns and annual audits on time, ensuring that company accounts meet local tax requirements.
6. Local team management, improve team work efficiency, financial personnel professional knowledge training, and train talent teams.
7. Responsible for establishing relationships with external governments (tax authority, customs dep., etc.) and banks.
8. Review of daily expense documents to ensure document compliance.
9. Complete other tasks assigned by the leader.
Job Requirement:
1. Bachelor degree or above, major in accounting, financial management, etc. CPA a plus
2. 5-8 years of experience in accounting and/or financial analysis
3. Strong coordination, judgment, decision-making ability, team management ability and good cross-cultural communication ability; responsible and initiative
4. Familiar with national finance, taxation, auditing regulations and policies, accounting standards.
5. Familiar with SAP software or local financial software. Familiar with the OFFICE software.
6. Fluent in spoken and written English, Mandarin is preferred.
