Finance ManagerProspect 33

Being a Finance Manager at Prospect 33 means having great judgment and possessing strong business acumen coupled with a mastery of each P&L line item. We are looking for a well organized, strong team player, who can both delegate and integrate into a busy team and perform to a very high standard. This is a highly visible and global role, offering the opportunity to drive growth, streamline processes, improve efficiencies, and influence decision making.
Responsibilities:
Supervise AP, AR, cash forecast, and payroll functions
Lead monthly closing process and prepare financial statements, analyzing and presenting financial results to senior management
Drive the yearly budget project process, quantifying sales volume, various supply chains, material consumption, costs in Excel model to arrive at margin and profit by region and globally
Partner with all business functions to manage budget and forecast for the global P&L, analyzing and reviewing variances monthly, and supporting senior leadership with ad-hoc presentations and reports

Bachelors degree in Finance or Accounting
Strong understanding of Accounting and Budgeting
Excel expert
Project management skills
Experience with contracts (a plus)
Solid analytical, critical and strategic thinking, including the ability to appropriately push back when required
Strong partnering capabilities, with the ability to influence others without direct authority
High level of self-motivation; ability to quickly identify what needs to be accomplished
Ability to maintain a high level of attention to detail, meet tight deadlines and prioritize workloads
