Essential Functions & Job Responsibilities:
Primarily responsible for collecting, interpreting and reviewing all financial information and preparing the corresponding reports
Preparation of annual budget and forecasts and analysis of variances
Coordinates with Headquarter. on finance related matters
Analyzes variance reports and develops strategies to minimize financial risks
Submission of various reports to regulatory bodies on a timely basis
Responsible for the Planning, Leading, Organizing and Controlling activities of all financial related matters
Responsible to coordainte with Auditors on a yearly basis
Manage Cash & Placing them in a safe instruments
Coordinate with Donors/Sponsors that the Executive Director was able to engage and get funds commitment
Familiar with calendar and fiscal year
Reports
Qualifications & Experience Required:
Certified Public Accountant
Familiar with PFRS and policies of SEC, BIR and other government regulatory bodies
5+ years work experience in accounting or closely related field
Characteristics & Skills Required:
Strong interpersonal skills
Good communication skills
Ability to adhere to timelines
Able to multitask
