Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related course.
Certified Public Accountant (CPA).
Must have worked in the Finance area as a manager for at least the past 5 years.
Must have experience in the general and strategic aspects of Finance (not just in Accounting), especially in providing guidance for the financial viability of all projects and the general financial health of the company
Experience working in the real estate industry is a plus
Strong organizational and analytical skills
Computer literate (Microsoft Excel, Word and Google Suite).
Experience with SAP Business One software is a plus.
Must have good written and verbal communication / presentation skills
Must have self-initiative and be able to think through problems and find practical, cost-effective solutions to them
Must have strong people management skills
Skilled in making financial models / spreadsheets for feasibility studies, project monitoring and financial statements
Fluent in English and Filipino and must be able to make presentations and explain financial status of projects and the company in layman's terms
