Finance ManagerW Group Inc.

Provides leadership and coordination of company's financial operations. Leads to improve overall effectiveness and efficiency of the Company's functions.
In-charge of daily operations of the Finance and Accounting department.
Design, establish, and maintain an organizational structure to effectively accomplish the departments goals and objectives
Update accounting manuals on a regular basis.
Implement changes in the accounting software.
Monitor the team's performance and key performance metrics
Member to the Company's steering committee
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
a. Education
Bachelor's degree in Accountancy
b. Work Experience
At least 5 years of relevant managerial experience and 10 years' experience in the field of Accounting
c. Special Qualities/Skills Required
Knowledge of finance, accounting, budgeting and cost control principles including generally accepted accounting principles
Knowledge of financial and accounting software application
Proficiency in Philippine Taxation and mandatory requirements
Excellent people management skills, experience of supervising at least 8 staff
Strong communication, interpersonal, organizing and planning skills
