An exciting Finance Manager job based in Bonifacio Global City has just become available at one of the leading e-commerce companies.
About the Finance Manager Role:
In this role, you will be required to have knowledge of audit, accounting, Philippines financial reporting standards, and international financial reporting standards. The role will be reporting directly to the PH Financial Controller, and indirectly to the Regional Financial Controller based in Singapore, while leading a team in Manila.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the finance team in handling day-to-day finance issues, timely monthly closing, AP and AR, liaising with auditors, coordinating with tax agents, and working with other departments to support daily operations
Manage business intelligence team
Prepare quarterly forecast and budget
Review daily financial reconciliation
Manage treasury functions, as well as internal controls, and process improvements
To succeed in this Finance Manager role, you must have at least nine years' experience in finance, with a minimum of two years as a team manager.
Key Requirements:
CPA is a must
Experience in a Big 4 firm
Experience in retail, FMCG or trading companies, is a plus
Good interpersonal and communication skills
Must have very strong Microsoft Excel skills while analysing heavy volume data and reconciliation
Experience in handling a team of at least five people
Fluent in both written and spoken in English
Must be willing to work in BGC, on a day shift schedule, Mondays through Fridays
