Since starting the business in 2014, we’ve quickly grown to more than 100 people in Indonesia, Philippines and Malaysia, have worked on over 2,000 campaigns for more than 500 brands, grown our network to more than 7,500 creators and have given more than US$15 million back to them. As we expand our footprint, we are looking for people who, like us, are fascinated by the evolution of media, content marketing and brand communication.
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
Lead activities related to Finance, Accounting, and Tax
Manage budget and ensure healthy cash flow 
Establish and implement effective practices related to but not limited to purchasing, disbursements and payroll
Prepare timely monthly, quarterly and yearly reports
Ensure compliance with regulatory and taxation requirements
Lead communication with external auditor, business consultants and banks
YOU’D BE A GREAT FIT IF YOU:
Have 1 - 3 years of work experience in General Ledger Accounting or Finance; CPA preferred but not required
Have impeccable understanding of taxation and government mandatories
Are knowledgeable in SAP but not required
Have superior spreadsheet skills
Are a critical thinker and a hustler
Pay attention to details & have excellent time management skills
Are a strong team player and excited to work in a startup environment
Are proficient in written and spoken English
Passionate about GetCraft’s mission to help fix marketing, media & work in the Philippines
