We are looking for a Finance IT Solutions/Operations Lead to develop system training programs and materials appropriate to the needs of the functional groups and resolve project implementation issues requiring system/applications work-around and manage the execution of system acceptance testing and data conversion requirements. You will lead the team team and work individually with little supervision.
Responsibilities
Can handle complex troubleshooting and understand the processes within the scope of the implemented application
Can already recommend system work-around to address immediate requirements
Can create complex scripts and able to trap conflicts between system tables to ensure data integrity; and create complex ad-hoc reports
Can understand the IT infrastructure and its relationship to applications and user requirements and provide ongoing infrastructure planning and assess service provider/ consultant activities
Can resolve project implementation issues requiring system/applications work-around and manage the execution of system acceptance testing and data conversion requirements
Can develop system training programs and materials appropriate to the needs of the functional groups
Can handle a project's logistical requirements, follow timelines, and escalate project issues
Can process complex information gathered to integrate different business requirements and apply appropriate technical solution
Can develop data flow diagrams, define data dictionary, and understand logical data structures
Can formulate business specifications which encompass critical business processes
Can formulate and execute comprehensive test scripts to cover all business process scenarios and evaluate system performance
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information and Technology related degree
At least 5-6 years of related work experience in programming and/or technology practice
At least 6 Full Cycle Implementation Work Experience. In the case of Applications and Operations Support a work experience equivalency evaluations should be performed, but should be commensurate to the aforementioned experience.
Background in Agile or Waterfall implementation methodology
