A pre opening integrated resort casino in Metro Manila is looking for a Finance Head for Gaming. The successful candidate, reporting directly to Chief Operating Officer, will be responsible in timely and accurate preparation of all casino financial statements and reports appropriate for the use of the gaming business units. The position will be responsible in ensuring controls, compliance to regulatory policies, implementation of policies, procedures & systems, and providing professional leadership to the casino finance department.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Finance or any related discipline
Preferably a Certified Public Accountant or with Master's Degree in Business or Finance
Five (5) years experience in the similar role or capacity from in casino or gaming industry
Deep understanding of PAGCOR regulatory policies related to Casino Financial Statements and Reports
Familiar with financial and control systems and software
Fluency in oral and written English communication
Excellent management, communication, and leadership skills
Willingness to be based in Metro Manila
