JOB DESCRIPTION:
Performs duties as assigned by CFO and Finance Department Managers;
Capable of writing business communication;
Performs clerical and administrative tasks;
Answer phone call, takes requests for meetings and coordinated various aspects of interdepartmental communication as necessary;
Manage calendars and schedules; plan, organize and schedule meetings as needed;
Coordinates meeting and appointment schedules with pertinent departments/external offices; distributes needed information to affected parties through phone, notes, or e-mail;
Coordination of meeting rooms, when needed, travel arrangements;
Handles confidential information with the utmost discretion.
QUALIFICATIONS:
College graduate of any 4 year business related course
At least 3 years of secretarial/administrative work experience
Knowledge with microsoft office apps ( word, excel, powerpoint, Outlook)
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Professional attitude and demeanor
Reliable and capable of maintaining confidentiality
Multitasking ability, strong time management
Organized and detail-oriented
