Job Description:
Review Daily Financial Report (DFR) submitted from local Operations team and prepare accounting journal for recording purpose
Work with local Operations team and HQ Finance team on issues and cases identified from the DFRs and work on the proper accounting entries
Propose continuing effort in improving DFRs quality to ensure correct records are accounted for
Prepare monthly Escrow bank reconciliation, identify any unrecorded monies, and ensure no long outstanding items in the reconciliation
Assist in monthly closing and financial analysis as required
Assist in annual audit and due diligence exercise
Requirements:
Minimum Bachelor degree in Accounting field from well known university
At least 4 years working experience in audit , FMCG , ecommerce, trading, or logistics multinational companies or big listed company preferred
Familiar with PFRS, IFRS knowledge or US GAAP is a plus
Able to work under pressure with tight deadline and a good team player
Experience in Oracle accounting system is a plus
Good with numbers and analytical skills
Willing to take the challenge to set up new system (start-up environment), detail in reconciliation large amount of data and reports
