YOUR TASKS:
Summary:
To ensure timely and accurate preparation of all management and cost reports and assist in the preparation of AOP and reforecasts.
Accountabilities:
Work with departments across all business entities to prepare the Annual Operating Plan.
Work with departments across all business entities to prepare monthly reforecast.
Highlight anomalies and variances against approved submission of monthly budget.
Generate productivity reports for all departments and analyse the trend of performance.
Work with departments to improve productivity, reduce costs and ensure proper allocation bases are used for allocating expenses to assist correct decision making such as pricing, account profitability measurement etc.
Review capital acquisition application submitted by department heads to ensure that they are in line with Annual Operating Plan and are financially viable.
Evaluate justification for unplanned items.
Ensure on time and accurate submission of all management reports to local, regional and global stakeholders.
Ensure the monthly detailed review of all CRISP controls in line with reaional deadlines and expectations.
To liaise with external auditors as required.
People Management:
Develop a high performance service culture within the functional department.
Plan, organize and direct and efficient and effective functional department.
Develop IKOs/KPIs with team members and monitor individual performance.
Consult performance appraisal.
Manage the allocation of appropriate resources and commitment of staff to the achievement of Global, Regional and Country objectives and targets.
Identify training needs and opportunities to develop a highly skilled functional department.
YOUR PROFILE:

Well-developed relationship skills and ability to network with multiple levels of an organization and other business units​.
Ability to work with subordinates and senior management team.

Software skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
3-5 years experience in a similar capacity as a Financial Controller or Accountant for a large high
of experience volume service-typed business (preferable).
Degree in Accountancy or equivalent.
Professional accountancy qualification (CPA, CA or equivalent).
