Salary: 80,000 - 90,000 With Saturday Schedule
1. Manage the Company's financial accounts, payroll, budget, cash receipts and financial assets 2. Handle the company's transactions and do cash flow forecasting 3. Perform the company's financial audits 4. Follow proper accounting procedures to reach financial objectives 5. Monitor and analyze financial accounting data 6. Create financial reports based on data anaylsis 7. Makes recommendations to business stakeholders 8. Oversee all aspects of accounting operations of the branch/es, in all locations 9. Plan, lead, manage & control the work of the accounting team; make sure that all systems related to finance operations; treasury, accounting, audit and tax departments are strictly enforced & elevate issues as necessary 10. Reviewing financial reports, and other data to identify opportunities for improvement or changes in store operations 11. Recommends and formulates overall strategy for the branches , including the policies and procedures that help in achieving the stores target 12. Is responsible in managing and ensuring that the Company's use and compliance with tax incentives and tax reporting requirements set forth by the government agencies are followed 13. Supports Management decisions, requirements and expectations. 14. Perform other related functions that may be assigned from time to time.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Graduate of BS Accountancy, must be a Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
Preferably with MBA degree
With 10-15 years of solid professional work experience, of the same capacity and preferably from a retail set-up,
with exposure to the ERP Systems
strong knowledge of BIR rules and regulations / BIR-CAS compliance
Is pro-active , aggressive and has excellent leadership skills
Strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills
Analytical and technically adept
Good decision maker and can handle pressure
With good work ethics , highly motivated and able to establish good partnership with external clients
