Job Description
Developing compliance rules and policies (e.g. compliance management system).
Participate in conducting compliance risk assessments of new products, services and processes.
Oversee the development, documentation, and dissemination of written supervisory and compliance controls with applicable rules and rules.
Enforce adequate controls to provide early detection and prevention of potential compliance issues.
Directly work with business management to develop, communicate and implement strategies, procedures and technology systems designed to enhance Company's compliance with application of rules and regulations (Securities and Exchange Commission, Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas, Anti-Money Laundering Council, National Privacy Commission)
Review and revised existing policies and procedures to comply with regulations.
Provide oversight and management of all compliance-related functions (Regulatory Compliance, AML & Data Privacy and Compliance Testing Review Sub-Units)
Operational Risk Coordinator - implement all operational risk tasks as the Risk Coordinator (COR) for Legal & Compliance with the following functional duties and responsibilities:
Implement and supervise fulfillment of action plans
Business Continuity Coordinator - implement all business continuity tasks for Legal & Compliance with the following functional duties and responsibilities:
Coordinate activities during development, preparation, execution and control phases of the Business Continuity Management (BCM)
Implement BCM processes and methodology such as Business Impact Analysis (BIA)
Secure provision of required resources for BIA and implementation of BCM measures
Assist during identification of Key Business Processes, risks and impacts
Maintain BCM documentation
Prepare Business Continuity Plan (BCP) for the Company
Job Qualification
Graduate of Accountancy
CPA
At least 2 - 3 Years Experience in Compliance
