Job Description:
Job Title: Finance Change - Change Analyst
Location: Manila

Infrastructure Change Manila is a 50 strong team delivering strategic change execution for all our Finance RTB stakeholders.
Currently the team is aligned to the following 4 pillars:
A Process Pillar (our traditional offering of process improvement by reduction of waste in RTB production lines)
An Automation Pillar (our recent 2016 offering on PM/BA for Strategic Automation with development with GT Finance)
An RTB Agile Pillar (our recent 2017 offering where RTB expert resources are assigned to our key projects)
A Data Pillar (our recent Q4 2017 offering, where Data issues are investigated and resolved through the setup of a strategic architecture flow)
The team is accountable for project governance and quality delivery of all project initiatives in DKS Manila. We cover local, regional and global project management usually following the 5D or DMAIC, SDLC, Waterfall and Agile methodology.
In our local Book of work, we provide process training, continuous improvement automation, and operational excellence guidance to help the business and key stakeholders to sustain a quality output as a Back office for the Deutsche bank.
In our regional Book of Work, we run improvement projects and waste reduction process reviews of medium size problems affecting DB.
In our global Book of Work, we run global transformation projects affecting the end to end onshore offshore DB processes, usually around offshoring, cost reduction, automation, audit and quality reviews of large Run the Bank (RTB) functions.
The Automation Pillar determines and documents business requirements. They define Test Strategy & Plan, develop Test Cases, and coordinate User Acceptance Testing. They support Pre/Post Go-Live functions as part of Change Enablement and does Project Management.
As a Change Analyst, your main responsibility is to support the Deutsche Bank's regulatory change initiatives by delivering different Regulatory related changes initiatives in the Asia Pacific region and globally; you will work with the Project team and other key stakeholders in multiple locations, by providing direct engagement support (daily & weekly) to assigned initiatives.
Your key responsibilities
As Project Manager, will deliver a project in relation to Regulatory changes preferably in a financial institution; involved in planning, controlling and monitoring, and also managing and directing the assigned project resources to best meet project objectives; determine project scope, objectives, approach, governance, timeline and KPIs; capture in project initiation documents; and define and create project plan and business cases
Develop policies and procedures to support the achievement of the project objectives and create project and change governance; ensure key resources and budget are in place for the project or programme assigned, and must be accountable for identifying, monitoring, and responding to risk in the project; manage and direct the assigned project resources to best meet project objectives; meet the change deployment principles and hand over sustainability through engagement and partnership working with operational, customer and partners change teams.
As Business Analyst, will review all documents created by Junior Business Analysts, whom you will also provide guidance and support; manage deliverables of assigned business analysts, while you work with stakeholders and key Subject Matter Experts to elicit high-level requirements and capture business needs; determine and document business requirement including functional and non-functional needs and create Business Requirement documents
Clearly articulate and document business requirements to stakeholders and assess the risks of various solutions and prioritize competing business demands; participate in design reviews and walk-throughs to communicate systems designs and validate proposed solutions; and deconstruct, describe and assess the components of existing business, its products, processes, data, challenges, risks, and goals.
Review and provide sign off on the solution provided by IT counterparts including functional and non-functional specifications seen in the Functional design document (FSD). You will support go-live activities and provide post-go live support during "warranty" period and prepare necessary project hand over/closure activities and documentations i.e. user manual, future state process maps, etc.
Your skills and experience
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or equivalent with preference to Lean, Six Sigma, Prince 2, and PMI accredited employees.
Experience in supporting projects; Understanding of the Financial Services industry; Appropriate domain experience.
Advance problem-solving skills. Ability to identify, structure and resolve internal issues. Running accurate analyses, synthesizing and presenting recommendations are necessary.
Focus on delivering results and taking information from validated data with applied theory. Should be resourceful and delivery focused, but still risk-friendly.
Team player, in certain instances be able to lead, and be comfortable in challenging the status quo, and is attracted by tough challenges.
