The Corporate Finance Associate will work closely with the company's Chief Financial Officer in fund raising activities, reporting to internal and external stakeholders, budgeting processes, and managing special projects.
Evaluate fund raising options and assist in managing fund raising transactions.
Prepare analyses and presentations for investors and management.
Regularly update the company's financial models and prepare financial analyses for budgeting purposes.
Prepare deliverables required in and manage the day-to-day execution of special projects relating to Finance.
