The Finance Associate will assist the finance team in preparing budgets and financial reports,managing accounting records, handling payments and other financial and accounting tasks.
Key Responsibilities
Substantiates financial transactions by keeping proper and useful auditing documents
Reconciles financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account information
Maintains financial security by following internal controls
Maintains a historical record of the company by safekeeping both physical documents
Complies with government or legal requirements and compliance
Make financial reports for Investa and its business units
Graduate of any accounting or finance related courses
Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience
Excellent interpersonal skills; good oral and written communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications such as MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint; high organizational skills
Proven integrity in dealing with internal and external contracts and in implementing company data privacy
Detail -oriented, data-driven, professional attitude and reliable
Independent and can adapt to fast-paced environment
Flexibility and eagerness to meet the challenges of a start-up organization
Passion for startups and financial inclusion
