Finance Associate
Responsible for processing accounts payables transactions (affiliates and media) by ensuring payments are completed and expenses are controlled by receiving payments, processing, verifying and reconciling invoices according to established policies and procedures in an efficient, timely and accurate manner. Further, the employee is accountable in understanding the processes handled and assist in achieving the team's target set.

Skills needed
· Graduate of any business related course, accounting graduate is an advantage. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
· Experience or knowledge on Oracle, JD Edwards, Netrefer and ServiceNow software is an advantage
· Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office
· Excellent in verbal and written communication skills
· Ability to set priorities, take personal responsibility, and communicate issues
· Willingness to learn new skills and implement them quickly
· Enjoys working in a fast paced environment
· Can effectively handle pressure and deadlines
· Has keen attention to details
· Can work on shifting schedules and holidays
