Adarna House is currently in need of a Finance Associate on a semi work-from-home set-up.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
• Perform data entry, processing, maintenance of financial reports and information generated through the computerized accounting system
• Process accounts payable transactions in compliance with financial policies and procedures
• Prepare daily cash position report
• Process E-link transactions
• Prepare Certificate of Withholding Tax – Expanded and Final for check voucher
• Perform other duties as may be required
Minimum qualifications are:
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
• 1-2 years of experience in the same field
• Knowledge of taxation, as well as AR and AP processes
• Familiarity with Netsuite, a plus
• A sense of country and commitment to advocating reading and literacy improvement
