The Finance Associate reports directly to the Finance Manager and assists in the different general accounting duties of the office he/she is assigned to.
Responsibilities:
To support Lead Finance Assoc (User)
Verification of supporting documents for prepaid top-up
Preparation of OR/AR for prepaid/postpaid corporate client
Preparation of billing for postpaid corporate client
Help in following up client payment and 2307 submission
Help in resolving any user related issues raised by CS
Other ad hoc tasks to support Finance Lead and Senior Accountant - Operations
Alternative associate for Cebu/PPG (Remote)
What you'll need:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent
At least 1-year experience in the related field
Microsoft Office literate
Must be willing to work in the office in Sta. Rosa Laguna when necessary
