Job Description
As a Financial Operation Associate (Billing), the successful candidate will be part of the Operation Department and report to Financial Operations Manager. He/she will assist the Manager in ensuring the processing of tasks meets the SLA requirements from receiving until completion.
Key Responsibilities:
Follow the daily accomplishments for the success of team members.
Follow the guidelines based on a deep understanding of all processes.
Creation and updating of monitoring tracker to identify completed and ongoing tasks.
Strong statistics management skills to support review, monitoring, and reporting of this function.
Support department's commutations and hands-on problem-solving in daily operations.
Ability to perform all other duties as assigned or requested.
Minimum Qualifications
Degree in Accountancy, Business, Finance, Economics, or similar.
Minimum 2 – 3 years of hands-on experience in large-volume Billing and experiences in a logistics company or transportation management-related functions.
Proficiency in MS Excel or Google Sheets is highly desirable.
Team management and client handling experiences will be a plus.
