QUALIFICATIONS:
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
With experience of at least 1 year in Bank Financing, Collecting Clients or Help Desk.
Must be keen to details, analytical and resourceful.
Must have the ability to multi-task and result-oriented.
Fast learner and responsible to the task assigned.
Should have confidence in dealing internal and external clients.
Has good communication skills.
With respect to others.
JOB DESCRIPTIONS:
Generate reminder letter and send thru courier, e-mail and intelli-messaging.
Coordinate with courier on the status of reminder letter.
Call-out to client w/o Letter of Guaranty yet.
Assist clients on their bank financing application.
Client interface, if they need personal discussion.
Prepare request on waiver of penalty as needed.
Coordinate with banks on developer's incentive.
Provide requirements for project accreditation to the banks.
Request with other departments for the documents not yet on file but required by the bank.
Prepare weekly and monthly reports
