Responsibilitites:
- Checks and verifies that all reported credited card transactions tallies on bank settlements reports both in branch and H.O sales
- Verifies that all credit card sales are supported with proper documentation
- Manually rin the system all collection made by bank from branch CC transaction
- Validate merchant discounts applied vs stated in the agreement
- Check that all reported credit card receivables where paid by the bank net of merchant discount applied and CWT
- Trace CC transactions for sales return process
- Reconcile book debit vs bank debits
- Preparation of journal entries
- Reports all card charge during specific time
To apply you must:
- Graduate of BS Accountancy or any related fiels
- 1 or more experience in Sales Audit
- Meticulously attention to detail
- A keen interest in Accounting System
- Ability to work deadlines
- Good communication skills and proficiency in Excel
- Has motivation and determination to learn
Due to General Community Quarantine, all scheduled interview will be via ZOOM.
