JOB DESCRIPTION
Records and issues official receipts to clients to ensure payments are well accounted for.
Manages fixed asset movement of the company to properly monitor the disposal and additional assets.
Monitors the cash advances account of the company to make sure that employees liquidate on time.
Records all purchase invoices in the accounting system for proper financial data reporting.
Manages petty cash and revolving fund to account all minimal cash outflows.
Issues check payments to suppliers or deposits to supplier's account.
Manual recording of check disbursements and cash receipts in the book of accounts to ensure compliance with BIR.
Performs other administrative tasks that may be assigned by the superior.
QUALIFICATIONS
Graduate of Accountancy or any related courses.
1 year or more of relevant and related experience in disbursements and fixed asset management.
