Corporate Services Finance Associate shall support financial decision-making information by collecting, analyzing, investigating, and reporting financial data.
Specific duties and responsibilities include:
Preparation of monthly supplier accounting reports by collecting data; analyzing and investigating variances; summarizing data, information, and trends.
Preparation of monthly bank statement summary and analysis.
Analysis and preparation of monthly warranty reports.
Collation and filing of warranty and service claims from foreign suppliers.
Preparation of special reports by studying variances; preparing budgets; developing forecasts.
Computation of product & project costing when needed.
Updating of job knowledge by keeping current with financial regulations and accepted practices; participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations.
Assumption of other non-financial related responsibilities that may be needed from time to time.
Accomplishing of finance and organization mission by completing related results as needed.
To be considered for this position, candidates must meet the following requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Economics, Finance/Accountancy/Banking, Commerce or equivalent.
Skills/Qualifications: Deadline-Oriented, Managing Profitability, Accounting, Financial Skills, Analyzing Information , Reporting Research Results, Research Skills, Statistical Analysis, Business Knowledge, ERP knowledge an advantage.
Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in Finance - Corporate Finance/Investment/Merchant Banking or equivalent.
