Finance Assistant manager (tax and compliance)GHL Systems Berhad

Job Description:
Handle liaising with KL group documentary requirements including RCSA, internal and external audit coordination, bank partners, customer accreditations.
Ensure Company's compliance with tax and other reportorial requirements of BIR, SEC, BSP and focal government units and other concerned regulatory agencies;
Liaise with tax authorities and government agencies to secure favourable position for the company;
Manage tax audits and reconciliation including compilation and review of schedules and reporting;
Provides assistance in the handling of BIR examinations and other special projects. Responsible for the response on BIR letter of notices and findings;
Liaise with the government agencies, consultants, lawyers on tax related issues. Coordinate with Corporate Secretary and Company Lawyer to ensure that transactions are supported by corporate and legal documents;
Monitor any new memorandum issued by Government agency that will affect the Company;
And other tasks or related duties assigned by his or her supervisor.
Job Qualification:
Bachelor/College Degree in a relevant course.
Must have at least 2-3 years of work experience in the related field;
Has adequate people management skills;
Organized and with keen attention to detail;
Highly proficient with spreadsheets and data;
Must be amenable to work on-site in Makati City
