Your Role: Finance Assistant - Accounts Receivable
Job Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
Proficient in Excel.
Has basic knowledge of Accounting processes.
Has good communication and negotiation skills. He/She must be able to express himself/herself well.
Has experience using any Finance Software (Quickbooks, Zero, SAP)
Job Description:
Manage overall A/R of the company
Follow up A/R of big and/or problematic customers
Prepares and sends SOA to customers, reconciles balances with customers
Manages Quickbooks
Coordinate A/R of all sales team and works with them to collect on time
Prepares credit notes and manages item returns
Key Performance Indicators (KPI's)
On-time collection of A/R; Decrease in overdue account
Balanced Quickbooks record
Ability to work with sales team for best solutions in dealing with problematic accounts
Ability to work with customers to reconcile problematic account
