Finance and Analysis Team Manager
Role Overview:
Providing finance support to multiple engagements and be the Finance Business Partner for the Centre engagement directors/managers
General Responsibilities / Accountabilities:
• Provide reliable accounting & forecasts of project costs & revenue
• Interface with other support departments in pursuit of ensuring accurate financial information on their engagements
• Provide complex & centerwise analysis report (routine & adhoc) proactively to engagement
• Communicate with China Bsv reporting team to make sure monthy reporting accuracy
• Manage and develop center finance team
• Adhoc finance project
Qualifications (Education/Experience/Certification):
Finance background
Good communication and Interpersonal skills
Excellent analytical, excel & presentation skills
Must have at least 5-8 years of experience with at least 3-5 years of experience in a similar role
