Position: Finance and Administration Specialist
Location: Mahayahay, ILIGAN CITY, Lanao del Norte. Office-based.
Employment type: Full-time, 8 hours per day
Job Description: DreamTeam PH is looking for a Finance and Administration Specialist that will provide efficient assistance to the Company in the overall operations of the office. To promote an environment conducive to teamwork and professionalism for the effective delivery of financial, and administrative support services. These tasks often include:
Assisting the Managing Director to oversee, track and report against all financial management and tracking the employee performance.
Assist the management in achieving Company goals.
Maintaining records for all transactions.
Responsible for managing the day-to-day financial, administrative, and human resource functions of the office.
Experienced is preferred but not required, but you must pass the training and develop the skills necessary because this is the entry-level role for the Finance and Administration Manager position.

Skills/Requirements:
Bachelor's level degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or any related areas is required in this position.

Excellent organizational, written, and verbal communication skills and presentation skills.
Preferably with experience in managing financial reporting.
Strong attention to detail and ability to work as a team member with minimal supervision.

Solid overall computer literacy, including proficiency in various MS Office applications (Excel, Word, etc.) and email; familiarity with database management; and office technology equipment.
Passion for personal development and growth.
Ability to develop effective work plans, organize details, set priorities, and meet deadlines.
Long-term commitment.
Responsibilities and Duties:
Compile and manage Office Budget
Ensure timely submission of Monthly and Annual Financial Reports.
Ensure maintenance of proper books of accounts.
Ensure up to date registration of the company for the business permit and in the BIR.
Ensure up to date records are maintained including leave, and employee personal records.
Ensure proper payroll administration and accounting.
Ensure all employee government-mandated benefits are managed.
Keep financial records and perform financial procedures (e.g., receipts, payment requests, petty cash).
Support the efficient running of the company's daily operations.
Prepare invoices for the clients.
Monitor and manage expenses within allotted budgets.
Interview, hire, orient, and train new employees
Manage all events organized by the office.
Any other related tasks as may be required or assigned by the managing director.
