We're looking for Finance and Accounting Manager to join our start-up team.
The ideal candidate will have an experience to work with a pioneering team of one of the biggest FMCG group. He/she will be responsible for preparation and fulfillment of Financial Statements, Forecasts and Annual Budgets.
Requirements:
Preparation of Financial Statement
Management Report (Consolidation) and strategic planning including variance analysis
Preparation of Best estimate Financial Statement based on Rolling Forecasts and monthly estimate activities
Annual budget planning for PH and for consolidated
​Manage inventory taking in all warehouse monthly and petty cash weekly
Responsible for closing all transactions at the end of the month in the warehouse on time
Create efficiency report of raw and packaging materials
Develop and ensure procedures, working instructions and forms are properly implemented
Oversee and manage Finance and Accounting team
Carry out other duties that is related to the finance and accounting
Qualifications:
​Candidate must possess at least Professional License (Passed Board/Bar/Professional License Exam) in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
At least 5 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Required Skill(s): SAP
Strong working knowledge on Accounting, Costing, Taxation, Budgeting, Forecasting, and Cashflow
Knowledgeable in IFRS Accounting standard
Experience in Management and Consolidation Report
Preferably Supervisor/5 Yrs & Up Experienced Employee specialized in Finance - General/Cost Accounting or equivalent.
Proficient in MS Office applications
Fluency in English (verbal and written)
Preferably from FMCG industry
