URGENT HIRING: FINANCE and ACCOUNTING ADMIN (PROJECT BASED)

Salary Range: Php 15,000 to Php 18,000
Work Location: BGC Taguig (To work Onsite)
Project Duration: 4 Months
Must be a Bachelors Degree holder.
With at least 1 to 2 years related experience.
Knowledgeable in using MS Word, Powerpoint, Excel.
Able to organize her day and deliverables to achieve maximum results.
Job Description:
*ENCODING and COORDINATION
Downloading/recording of BDO Settlement reports.
Manual booking of debit card transactions.
Sending of eOR copy.
Preparation of reversal letters.
*RECONCILIATION
Matching of mismatched & invalid transactions.
Monitoring and clean-up of reject accounts both for Collections.
Clean-up of remaining suspense items referred to Treasury.
Clearing of unbalanced DCR batches.
Verification of invalid & incomplete policy numbers.
Reconciliation of outstanding bank recon items.
