About the Role
We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Finance Analyst to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will come from one of the top auditing firms (SGV, Deloitte, PwC, or KPMG), with proven experience in handling financial analysis, reporting, and compliance. This role requires strong technical accounting knowledge, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to provide valuable insights to support strategic decision-making.
Key Responsibilities * Conduct detailed financial analysis to support business planning, forecasting, and decision-making.
Prepare, review, and analyze financial statements, management reports, and variance analyses.
Support budgeting processes and monitor financial performance against targets.
Assist in ensuring compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal policies.
Partner with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights and recommendations.
Must have professional experience in SGV, Deloitte, PwC, or KPMG.
At least Senior Associate level in an auditing firm.
Certified Public Accountant (CPA) is required.
Bachelor's degree in Accountancy or Finance; candidates who graduated with academic distinction (cum laude, dean's lister, or equivalent) are strongly preferred.
Strong foundation in accounting, auditing, and financial reporting.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and financial systems/tools.
Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders.
