Education:
BACHELORS DEGREE IN ACCOUNTANCY OR FINANCE
PREFERRED CPA
Work experience
AT LEAST 3 YEARS EXPERIENCE IN FINANCE.
FOCUSED ON GENERAL ACCOUNTING, ACCOUNTS PAYABLE AND ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE, FINANCIAL REPORTING, TAX REPORTING AND RECONCILIATION.
Skills, Qualifications and other requirements
Ability to work under pressure and handle multi-functions
Knowledge in billing, general and / or project accounting processes and procedures
Exposures to Month End and Year End close with reports and reconciliation.
Advanced Excel Skills
Comfortable working with Google Workspace (GDrive, Spreadsheet)
Strong communication and inter - personal skills
Knowledge in using any ERP systems.
Preferably Microsoft Dynamics NAV.
With good critical skills relevant to financial
analysis * Attention to detail
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Provide support to the team in daily, weekly, monthly financial activities which may include but not limited to:
Invoice, Receivable Management and Reconciliation
Clients account reconciliation and management
Process Flow Improvement
Prepare Monthly Schedules
Taxation
Project Reviews
Month End Closing
Internal / External Audit
And other tasks as may be assigned.
