Prepares monthly closing schedules, monitor and track month-end/quarterly end/year-end closing status, preparation of annual audited financial statements, completion of legal reporting requirements (SMFB) and BW reporting, Handle and facilitate external audit requirements and inquiries, prepares quarterly financial report needed for SMFB board, and Preparation of SEC MD&A.
