Job Summary
The Finance Analyst will handle the end-to-end accounting process and wiill be in-charge in pricing/costing of the company's menu of services. This position requires someone with a good attention to detail, who is a team player, and a creative problem solver with passion for continuous learning. This position also requires someone with good Excel and financial/accounting knowledge.
Job Responsibilities
Bookkeeps and records day-to-day transactions
Processes payables, prepares voucher, routes, monitors and releases checks
Bills all receivables on third party and intercompany transactions
Files and maintains all the vouchers and related documents neatly
Does banking transactions if needed
Does Bank Reconciliation on all cash in bank accounts
Files all government taxes due on a timely manner
Work closely with Supervisor in preparing relevant reports through data collection and analysis for use by Management
Work with Sales and different Business Units on pricing offers (with analysis) for the Company's products and services
Work with CFO/Finance Manager with special/adhoc projects
Job Qualifications
University Graduate (preferably CPA) with a minimum of 2-3 years of experience in Business Finance/Accounting/ Auditing/Advisory works
Good interpersonal and communication skills
Must be proficient in using MS Excel, working experience dealing with complex spreadsheets preferred
Ability to work independently
Highly analytical
