Provides broad tactical and operational support to a team of transaction management professionals assigned to a corporate client account team. Prepares and presents detailed and multifaceted financial modeling and portfolio analysis. Assists with portfolio planning, helping clients to assess and implement strategies for occupancy needs and
business priorities.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a quantitative subject preferred or any similar combination of education and experience.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficient knowledge of financial terms and principles. Basic understanding of real estate concepts required.
Can understand and carry out general instructions in standard situations. With ability to comprehend, analyze, and interpret documents.
Advanced skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Experience with Microsoft
Power BI/Tableau and other similar dashboarding data analytics tools is an advantage
Responsibility
Decisions made with general understanding of procedures and company policies to achieve set results and deadlines. Errors in judgment may cause significant impact to client, co-workers, and supervisor.
Financial Modelling: Conducts all types of financial analysis such as Cash Flow, P&L, and NPV to support real estate transactions for occupiers i.e., lease acquisitions, disposals, subleases, renewals, provisions calculations, etc.
Portfolio Analysis: Prepares, assembles, coordinates, updates, and completes portfolio analysis packages to understand and present a client's corporate real estate portfolio performance through dynamic dashboards. Assists with advising on savings opportunities and risks.
Data Analytics: Gathers, coordinates and manipulates real estate market data, location data, or demographic data to drive insight for clients
Liaising with Clients and Brokers: Prepares and presents real estate insight. 7 Facilitates the submission and tracking of intercompany service agreements,engagement notices, and commission invoices.
Location Analysis: Supports the assessment of where our clients should be located by combining non-economic and economic analysis such as demographics, labour analysis, competitors and client proximity mapping, financial appraisal, and market conditions.
Build and manage templates, user guides, dashboards, and database. Ensures safe-keeping and maintenance of all required documentation in correct database.
Submits, tracks, and follows up on client survey and update savings log.
