Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
At least 5 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Preferably Supervisor/5 Yrs & Up Experienced Employee specialized in Finance - Corporate Finance/Investment/Merchant Banking or equivalent.
Generate weekly status report and running project expenses for budgeting
Reconcile debit statements and invoices fortnightly from vendors to ensure correct payments and recording of expenses
Prepare monthly expenses' report and conduct variance analysis for APAC
Allocate costs as recoverable and non-recoverable for accurate accounting of company and project revenue
Upload and adjust journal entries in BST system for Fleet Vehicles, Travel and Stationary expenses to correct cost centers
Collect, analyze and manage quantitative data to create a meaningful report to identify cost-savings opportunities and improve business operations
Assist in tender process and evaluate new supplier agreements for higher management's review
Proactively identify new reports that may be helpful to the organization
Experience with shared services and BPO companies

Experience with various ERP (SAP, SAP BI, ORACLE, SALESFORCE, BST) is a plus
