Job Descriptions
Helps Senior Finance Analyst - Database in share capital monitoring (records, analysis, and presentation).
Assists Senior Finance Analyst - Payout in answering queries regarding payouts (through emails, calls, and chats)
Records data of Trades in Netsuite
Maintains Accuracy of data in Netsuite
Reconciles transactions by comparing and correcting data
Analyzes fraud and creates reports based on AP/AR monitoring of our Senior Finance Analyst.
Prepares Financial reports (Operations) and presents to Finance and Accounting Manager
Provides a possible solution to Finance and Accounting issues as they arise
Analyzes Financial Data (Operations) and creates Financial Models for decision support related to Accounting
Analyzes Past Results (Sales), performs variance analysis, identifies trends and makes recommendations for improvements
Works Closely with Accounting team to ensure accurate financial reporting using data from Senior Finance Analyst - Payouts, Senior Finance Analyst -Database, Senior Finance Analyst - AR/AP
Can predict the future performance of the company using Finance Data
Directly reports to F&A Manager
Job Qualifications
1 to 3 years of business finance or other relevant experience
Graduate of Accounting, Management Accounting or Finance
High Proficiency in Financial Modeling Techniques
Good/Expert in Excel Formulas and Functions
Good communication in English and Filipino (for answering Finance queries in emails and chats)
Strong analytical and data gathering skills
Ability to streamline functions and passion to learn and grow
Flexible in new job tasks within Finance and Accounting (if reshuffle happens in the team)
Experience:
Finance: 3 years (Preferred)
Accounting: 3 years (Preferred)
