JOB DESCRIPTION:
PRIMARY OBJECTIVE
Responsible for the recording, reporting and analysis of inventory related transactions of the affiliate.
REQUIREMENT
1. Education
Bachelor Degree in Accountancy
Certified Public Accountant preferred
2. Experience
1-2 years relevant working experience with multi-national company preferred
3. Skills
Analytical Skills
Detail oriented
Knowledge on cost Accounting
Strong computer knowledge on Microsoft application e.g. excel, power point and word
Good business communication and interpersonal skills
CORE JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Achieve internal control objectives as measured by audit results; achieve Type 1 opinion on all scheduled audits with no mention of repeat recommendations
2. Computation, analysis and roll up of Standard Unit Cost for Abbott products
3. Inventory accounting which includes but not limited to the following:
Preparation of journal entries and other month-end closing reports
Balance Sheet Account Reconciliation - Inventory (all types including GIR)
Landed Cost Processing and DOH Computation
SRV and PPV computation and analysis
Returned Goods summary report generation
KPI Scorecard and Tally Sheet related data preparation
4. Responsible for the following reporting functions:
Inventory Destruction Report preparation
D.37.0 Physical Inventory Report generation
Summary of VAT Importation
T.1.0 report
BIR Inventory listing
Data input for CAR
5. Initial Analysis of TPM Proposed All in Fee
6. Back up for Item Master Maintenance
7. Other relevant tasks that will be assigned from time to time.
