Job Specifications
Graduate of BS Accountancy or any related course.
Knowledgeable in Accounts Payable process.
Has experience in SAP - HANA, but not required.
At least 1 year work experienced in the same field.
Reporting skills, deadline-oriented, Time Management, Attention to detail, Confidentiality, PC Proficiency, Productivity, Verbal Communication, General Math skills.
Good communication skills, with wide network capacity, aggressive and smart.
Proactive and good at problem-solving, has initiative and positivity.
Will be assigned to CJ Transnational.
Job Duties:
Validation of Vendor Billing
Ensure completeness of supporting documents in the 'Request of Payment' docket prior to check preparation.
Ensure all 'Requests for Payments' processed and properly approved.
Prepares the disbursement schedule on a daily and weekly basis.
Reports aging of payables on a weekly basis.
Assists the Supervisor in the preparation of Tax Returns and supporting schedule.
Assist in preparation of client's Billing
