Payroll Accountant
Timekeeping data loading to Payroll System
Loans set-up for employees & trainees and restructuring during payroll run
Quitclaim preparation such as sorting, encoding, and template completion
SEEDs School payment request preparation and reporting
Balance Sheet Account schedule preparation and recommend disposition of reconciling items both for the Philippines and International Operation
NetSuite experience
Accounts Payable Accountant
Responsible for the complete, timely, and accurate processing of Supplier Invoices, Government Agencies, Rentals & Utility billings
Tax Accountant
Responsible for collecting tax-related information and reporting to taxation authorities at the local and national levels in a timely manner. Alerts management of any tax impact or risks observed or encountered for all legal entities handled under Jollibee Worldwide Services.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
Graduate of Bachelor's or College Degree in Accountancy. FRESH GRADUATES are welcome to apply
Excellent communication skills, able to communicate business processes to internal and external customers both orally and in writing
Basic knowledge of the following areas:
Accounting Principles and Processes
Statutory Requirements and Reporting Compliance
Fundamental Business Concepts
Internal and Operating Controls
Accounting Related Software and Tools
Financial Account Management and Reporting
Candidate must be willing to shifting schedule
