finance & ACCOUNTING MANAGER (cpa)WORLD WIDE FOOD SUPPLY INC.

The FINANCE and ACCOUNTING MANAGER is responsible for directing and overseeing the effective implementation of finance and accounting infrastructure, systems and procedures of the business unit.
Duties & Responsibilities:
1.Conducts financial statements review such as
Balance sheet
Revenue, cost and expenses
Cash Flow Statement
2.Conducts review and analysis of budget variances.
3. Reviews and ensures timely submission to management of the monthly interim and annual statements which include report requirements of the banks, other financial institutions, and various stake holders.
4.Ensures completion of year-end audit within the set deadline; Coordinates closely with the external auditors in the interim and annual audits.
5.Facilitates compliance with all government regulatory and reportorial requirements, such as but not limited to:
All internal revenue taxes
LGU taxes
BOI reports
SEC reports
6.Participates in the tax planning and tax administration for the group including the establishment and administration of tax policies and procedures, compliance with national and local government tax laws.
7.Coordinates with the Tax Examiners from the BIR and Local Government Unit (LGU) in the examination process.
8.Recommends approval of monthly, quarterly and annual tax returns.
9.Prepares and reviews cash flow forecasts and schedule of payments in coordination with Credit and Collection and Corporate Treasury.
Educational Background and Skills needed:
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
Preferably Board passer (CPA)
10 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Required Skill(s): Must be keen to details.
Strong leadership skills.
Must be an Assistant Manager/Manager specialized in Retail and Distribution.
