Job Description Overall responsible in achieving the install/repair, Upsell/Cross-Sell KPIs and CSAT KPIs while ensuring well-maintained last mile broadband facilities of Globe.
I. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Functional Mandate: Overall responsible in achieving the install/repair, Upsell/Cross-Sell KPIs and CSAT KPIs while ensuring well-maintained last mile broadband facilities of Globe. 1. Responsible for partner management for assigned Territory • Install and Repair Productivity Review and action planning • Rechanneling of teams for Install, repair and migration as needed • Review of Install and repair KPIs to identify drivers and action planning 2. Responsible for resource management • Ensure deployment of agreed headcount resources (Install / Repair) • Ensure compliance to standards (i.e, uniform, grooming, ID, vehicles, etc.) • Works with partner to ensure availability of talent pipeline for both Senior and Junior technicians to cover for anticipated attrition • Conducts Skills and competency evaluation of technicians and drives contractor coaching and development of technician teams
3. Enforce adherence to prescribed Field Operations Protocol (FOP) by contracted teams.
Ensures adherence to prescribed setp-by-step approach for both install and repair engagements
• Ensure adherence to high risk watch list/accounts.
4. Perform support for complex install and repair cases • Resolution of repeat complaints • Perform occasional Onsite visit to address & resolve special customer requests
5. Partner with internal Globe teams to expedite issue/problem resolution
6. Provide Sales and Marketing events support (i.e., providing connectivity for blitzes and marketing events
7. Responsible for delivery of upsell and cross sell targets as aligned with Group's sales rev KPIs
8. Responsible for delivery of migration targets for the assigned teritory
9. Support facility maintenance by conducting monthly cabinet inspection and quarterly DP inspections.
10. Responsible for identifying underutilized facilities in assigned territory and recommend action plans to increase utilization.
