Work in close collaboration with Field Representative Team Leader
Carry out field work and meet with prospective customers, assist them with their application and collect the necessary documents.
Guide customers through onboarding process and answer questions regarding their loan application.
Communicate with the Field Representative Team Leader and provide status updates
Conduct address verification before delivery
Plan routes to optimize efficiency and ensure all appointments with customers are completed
Address customers' concerns
Maintain accurate virtual records of customer appointments
Provide high-quality customer service
Perform duties in a safe, reliable, professional manner
Escalate and solve issues timely
Give feedback on processes, customers and software to help us make a better customer experience
At least 1 year of experience in sales or field marketing
Driving license and own vehicle, safe and conscientious driving skills
Own smartphone and tablet
Able to use a smartphone, including using apps, Waze and Google Maps
Able to communicate via email, phone, text
Able to promptly get familiar with new software
Good English communication skills
Filipino native speaker
Comfortable interacting with a variety of different people in different scenarios
Associate / Supervisor Administration and Coordination Banking / Mortgage 5 openings Bachelor's degree graduate
