1. Customer Support: Handle customer requests for pick-ups and deliveries promote and advise customers' enquiry on FedEx products and services respond, follow-up and resolve complex issues with customers, escalate to next level as needed operate company customer service technologies and other communications tools. 2. Secondary education (O'Level or Form 5) or equivalent 2. Relevant work experience in a customer-facing environment: Not required 3. Good customer and vendor relationship management skills. 4.
