Primary Function
Plan and execute all social media paid marketing campaigns, including Facebook and Instagram. Maximize growth and efficiency by working with the design team to curate highly targeted ads.
Key Accountabilities / Responsibilities
Audit existing Facebook Ad Campaigns; plan and execute actions to improve these existing campaigns.
Set up new Facebook Ad Campaigns as required for new product launches.
Ongoing optimisation of all campaigns.
Identify target audiences for segmenting ads into highly targeted groups.
Identify competitors, trends and insights; and optimise spend and performance based on these insights.
Measure and report performance of all social media marketing campaigns and assess against the goals (ROI and KPIs).

Working Hours: Flexi Time:
Start Time 8am-9am AU time (6am-7am Manila)
End Time: 5pm-6pm AU time (3pm-4pm Manila)
Key Competencies / Minimum Experience
Extensive experience and knowledge with Facebook Ads Manager.
Solid knowledge of website analytics tools such as Google Analytics.
Extensive understanding of eCommerce.
Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices.
Excellent written and fluent verbal communication skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Self-driven and works off own initiatives
Passionate and enthusiastic
Strong work ethic, contribute a very professional attitude towards all aspects of work
At least 3-years' experience in a similar role
